Breakfast 

 Join us in our sunny breakfast room or our formal dining room for an elegant breakfast made and served by our talented innkeepers.  We promise you won’t leave the table hungry. We will start you off with a fruit smoothie and drink of your choice.  To wet your appetite, we may serve some of our own homemade granola, preparing you for the hot dish about to come your way. Our innkeepers are the best at preparing some dishes such as blueberry baked oatmeal, Belgian waffles, or eggs benedict.  Your meal will always include some accompaniments such as fruit and homemade muffins or coffee cake.   Our eggs and sausage come from local sources guaranteeing real freshness.  We take pride in the fantastic breakfasts we prepare.  From our hearts to your stomach, you won’t leave the table disappointed!

Dinners

Purchase our dinner packages for a gourmet dining experience. Dinner menus change weekly to take advantage of local products, seasonal produce and meats. Below is sample menu for the Valentine’s Day. Check the reservations page to see the latest menus.

Our Valentine’s Day dinner package features one of the classics of French cooking, Beef Bourguignon. Rich and flavorful, this entrée is right out of Julie & Julia and lovingly prepared for your enjoyment. A first course of salad or soup, a choice of excellent wines, fresh baked bread, and a piece of a dark rich chocolate cake, layered with chocolate mousse and frosted with smooth, chocolate butter cream, make your stay at the Levi Deal Mansion Bed and Breakfast a sweet memory to savor with your sweetheart all year long. -    $35 / person

Baked French Toast

Pour 1 stick of melted butter on the bottom of a 13x9 pan ~ In a small bowl combine 1 cup brown sugar &
1 tsp cinnamon ~ Layer in the pan:  6 slices bread,
1/2 cinnamon/sugar mixture, 6 slices bread,
sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon/sugar on top ~
In a separate bowl mix 5 eggs & 1 1/2 cup milk,
pour over the casserole
~ Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes OR refrigerate &
bake in the morning
~ Best if served with Pennsylvania Maple Syrup


Coffee Cake

Mix ~ 2 sticks butter (softened), 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs,
1 pint sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla
Add ~ 3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking soda,
2 tsp baking powder
Topping mix ~ 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, chop nuts
Put in 13x9 pan ~ 1/2 dough  1/2 topping mix
1/2 dough  1/2 topping mix
Bake ~ 350 for 40-50 minutes
